Meet Your Leader

My name is Jeff Balthaser. I’ve weathered storms I never thought I’d survive, but God met me there — and nothing’s been the same since. I’d love to share my story with you.

Unshakeable Recovery is a faith-based, 12-step support group for men 18 and older facing addiction — of any kind, at any stage. We meet as a step study group, working through the 12 steps together in a small, confidential setting where honesty is welcome, and judgment isn’t.

We believe every man carries something he was never meant to carry alone. Addiction thrives in secrecy and shame — healing begins the moment a man stops pretending and starts being real. Whether you’re facing alcohol, drugs, pornography, gambling, or anything else that’s taken hold of your life, you have a place here.

Groups are limited to 10 men per step study, so each man is known, not just counted. We move through the steps together with honesty, accountability, and faith — trusting that real change is possible, one step at a time.
